The Fleet Charge ONE card is dealer-specific, and offers truck owners 30 day terms on their parts and service purchases, while giving them more control and tracking ability for expenses.

Navistar Launches Customer Parts Recovery (CPR) Program Offering Cash for Customers' Obsolete and Surplus Parts

 WARRENVILLE, Ill. (Jan. 12, 2010) – Navistar (NYSE:NAV) has launched a program that allows customers to return new, unused parts from their stock to receive cash or credit for future purchases. This program, known as Customer Parts Recovery (CPR), supplements and improves upon the GPRP program, which was only accessible to large fleet customers.

$37.3 Million Department of Energy Project Seeks to Improve Efficiency of On-Highway Trucks

 WARRENVILLE, Ill. (January 12, 2010) – Navistar (NYSE: NAV) today announced it will receive more than $37 million in federal funding to partner with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to pioneer new fuel efficiency and emissions-reducing technologies. The goal of the project is to develop a “Super Truck” featuring a 50 percent improvement in fuel efficiency.

Navistar International Corporation announced it has acquired Continental Mfg. Company, Inc., the largest privately-held mixer manufacturer in North America.

The joint venture will produce Class 2c-3 all-electric commercial trucks for sale in North, Central and South America.

Yancey Bros. Co. Finalizes Sales And Service Deal With Navistar International

Yancey Bros. Co. announced that it has acquired the operating assets of All Star International Trucks and D&M International Sales. The four locations operated by these two dealerships in southern Georgia - Albany, Blackshear, Tifton, and Valdosta - will continue day to day operations under the new name of Yancey Truck Centers, a newly created division of Yancey Bros. Co. Yancey Truck Centers will be focused on serving customers in the on-highway industry in Georgia.
